Annual Report and Financial Statements and Notice of Annual General Meeting
iomart (AIM:IOM), the cloud computing company, announces that it has posted to shareholders the Annual Report & Financial Statements for the year ended 31 March 2022, as well as the notice of the Annual General Meeting ("AGM").
The Company's AGM will be held at the Company's offices at Lister Pavilion, Kelvin Campus, West of Scotland Science Park, Glasgow G20 0SP on 30 August 2022 at 10:00 a.m.
Voting on the resolutions to be proposed at the AGM will be by way of poll voting and the meeting will be conducted as concisely and efficiently as possible with the minimum necessary quorum of two shareholders. The format of the meeting will be purely functional to comply with relevant legal requirements.
Shareholders are encouraged to exercise their votes by submitting their proxy electronically or by post as soon as possible, and these must be received by no later than 10.00 am on Friday 26 August 2022.
