[{"type":"text","content":"\n Iomart Group PLC\n28 September 2007\n\n\n\n iomart Group plc\n\n Grant of options\n\n\niomart Group Plc announces that on 27 September 2007 the remuneration committee\nawarded Sarah Haran, Operations Director and Richard Logan, Financial Director\n500,000 options each over the Company's ordinary 1p shares at the exercise price\nof 50.5 pence per share, exercisable between 27 September 2010 and 28 September\n2017.\n\n85,892 of Mrs Haran's options have been granted under the Company's EMI scheme\nand 414,108 have been granted under the Company's Unapproved Scheme. All of Mr\nLogan's options have been granted under the Company's Unapproved Scheme.
