Director's Shareholding
iomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, has been notified on 02 October 2025, by Angus MacSween, Non-Executive Director, that he exercised 610,451 unapproved options of 1 pence each
and retained them in shares. Following this transaction, Angus MacSween's beneficial interest is
18,198,834 Ordinary Shares representing 16.01% of the total voting rights in the Company.
