NSI Act clearance and completion of the Concepta acquisition
iomart Group plc (AIM: IOM), the cloud computing company, is pleased to announce that, further to its announcement of 3 August 2022, it has now received the required clearance confirmation from the Department for Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy in accordance with section 14(8)(b)(ii) of the National Security and Investment Act 2021 and accordingly, iomart's acquisition of Concepta Capital Limited has been successfully completed.
