[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n \n23 August 2024\niomart Group plc\n(\"iomart\", the \"Group\" or the \"Company\")\n \nBlock Listing Application\n \niomart (AIM:IOM), the secure cloud services company, announces that application has been made to the London Stock Exchange (\"LSE\") for the block listing of 2,700,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each for the Performance Share Plan and 600,000 ordinary shares of 1 pence each for the Sharesave Plan (together \"Ordinary Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM. \n \nThese Ordinary Shares are being reserved under an extension to an existing block listing and will be issued on exercise of share options granted under the Performance Share Plan and Sharesave Plan.\n \nIt is expected that admission of these Ordinary Shares will become effective on 29 August 2024.
