That Lance Baller be removed as a Director of the Company.\n \n \n 2. That Arron Banks be appointed as a Director of the Company.\n \n \n Among other things, the Requisitioner's letter further informed the Company that the Requisitioner is the registered holder of a total of 20,251,255 ordinary shares in the capital of the Company, which represents approximately 10.56% of the voting rights in the Company.\n \n \n Iofina is currently seeking advice in relation to the validity of the purported requisition. \n Shareholders are advised to take no action at this time.
