As a result Trafigura Beheer B.V.\nAmsterdam now exercises control or direction over an aggregate of\n17,649,358 common shares of Iberian Minerals Corp., which represent\napproximately 14.7% of the outstanding Iberian Minerals Corp. common shares.\n\nTrafigura is one of the world's largest commodity and metal trading\ncompanies with a turnover of US$28.4 billion in 2005.
