It is expected that Admission of the New Ordinary Shares to be issued pursuant to the Fundraising will become effective at 8.00 a.m. on Wednesday, 10 April 2019.\nIn the announcement on 14 March 2019 the Company stated that \"a Fundraise of at least £1.5m proceeds (before expenses) from the Placing and Open Offer should fund the business for at least the next four to six months, depending on when divestment of the USA business completes\".
