[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n RNS Number : 4787O\n Invinity Energy Systems PLC\n 08 October 2021\n \n \n \n \n 8 October 2021\n \n \n Invinity Energy Systems plc\n \n \n \n \n \n (\"Invinity\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Notice of AGM\n \n \n \n \n \n Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM:IES), leading global manufacturer of vanadium flow batteries, announces that the Company's Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") will be held at the offices of Osborne Clarke LLP, One London Wall, London, EC2Y 5EB on Wednesday 27 October 2021 at 10am.\n \n \n \n \n \n At present, it is possible under guidelines to allow physical attendance of the meeting and the Company is keen to welcome shareholders in person to our 2021 Annual General Meeting, particularly given the constraints we faced in 2020 due to the COVID-19 pandemic. \n \n \n \n \n \n Following the formal business of the meeting, Invinity's management team will give a presentation to investors (which will be posted on Invinity's website after the meeting) and host a Q&A session. \n \n \n \n \n \n Please note that given the constantly evolving nature of the situation, it is possible that these arrangements may change. S\n hareholders are therefore strongly encouraged to submit their form of proxy appointing the Chairman of the meeting as their proxy. This will ensure that shareholders' votes are counted, even if physical attendance to the meeting becomes restricted. Completed forms of proxy must be submitted via post or emailed to \n \n #[email protected]\n \n and must be received by the registrar no later than 10am on 25 October 2021.\n \n \n \n The Notice convening the AGM along with a proxy form for the purpose of voting, will be posted to shareholders today and will be available on the Company's website (\n \n www.invinity.com/investors/resources\n \n ). \n \n \n \n \n \n For assistance in submitting forms of proxy or to ask questions in advance of the meeting, please email \n \n [email protected]\n \n . Shareholders wishing to attend the meeting are also requested to RSVP via this email address no later than 10 am on 25 October 2021.
