[{"type":"text","content":"\n Camco International Ltd\n03 April 2008\n\n\n\nThis announcement replaces the Issue of shares and Director holdings\nannouncement released on the RNS system with RNS number 0998R on 31 March 2008.\nThe number of ordinary shares issued has reduced from 881,966 shares to 560,389\nshares (which will be issued to several of the senior management team) and\naccordingly the number of ordinary shares for which application has been made\nfor admission to trading on AIM is 560,389 shares.\n\n\n Camco International Limited\n\n Issue of shares and Director holdings\n\n\nCamco International Limited ('Camco'), a leading climate change business in the\ngrowing carbon and sustainable development markets, today announces that it has\nissued, conditional on admission to trading on AIM, 560,389 Ordinary Shares of\nEUR 0.01 per share ('Ordinary Shares') to several of the senior management team\nin consideration for certain bonuses for the 2007 financial year.\n\nOf this amount, 109,081 Ordinary Shares have been awarded to Jeff Kenna and\n58,520 Ordinary Shares have been awarded to Scott McGregor representing 0.07%\nand 0.04% of the current issued share capital respectively.
