[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 5358K Camco Clean Energy PLC 31 July 2013 \n \n\nCamco Clean Energy plc\n \n(\"Camco Clean Energy\" or the \"Company\")\n \nGrant of options\n \nCamco Clean Energy (AIM:CCE) announces options to subscribe for ordinary shares of €0.01 each in the Company (\"Options\" and \"Ordinary Shares\" respectively) have today been granted to two directors of the Company as follows:\n \n\n\n\n\nDirector\n\n\nNo. of Options granted\n\n\nOption Scheme\n\n\n\n\nScott McGregor\n\n\n10,406,358\n\n\nExecutive Share Plan 2006\n\n\n\n\nJonathan Marren\n\n\n6,243,815\n\n\nExecutive Share Plan 2006\n\n\n\n\nTotal\n\n\n16,650,173\n\n\n \n\n\n\n\n \nThe Executive Share Plan 2006 was approved by shareholders on 27 July 2012.\n \nVesting of the Options described above is subject to certain performance criteria based on the performance of the business. In addition, the Options will vest in three equal tranches when the volume weighted average price over the previous 45 days has equalled or exceeded 3p, 5p and 7p and subject to certain other rules of the Executive Share Plan 2006. The Options have an exercise price of €0.01 being the nominal value of each Ordinary Share.\n \nFollowing the Option grants referred to above, a total of 17,400,173 Ordinary Shares of the Company's existing issued share capital) are subject to Option.
