[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n \n \n \n 12 May 2022\n \n \n \n Invinity Energy Systems plc\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n (\"Invinity\" or the \"Company\")\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Exercise of Warrants\n \n \n \n \n \n \n Invinity Energy Systems plc (AIM:IES), a\n leading global manufacturer of utility-grade energy storage\n , has on 10 May 2022 issued 25 new ordinary shares (the \"New Ordinary Shares\") in relation to the exercise of 25\n Short-Term Warrants which were issued in the placing and open offer in December 2021. The Short-Term Warrants have an exercise price of £1.50.\n \n \n Applications have been made for the New Ordinary Shares to be admitted to trading on AIM and to the Aquis Stock Exchange and dealings are expected to commence on 17 May 2022.\n \n \n \n \n \n Following the issue of the New Ordinary Shares, the issued share capital of the Company comprises 116,049,686 ordinary shares with one voting right per share. The Company does not hold any shares in treasury.
