[{"type":"text","content":"\n Camco International Ltd\n24 April 2006\n\n\n Camco International Limited announces first day of dealings on AIM\n\nCamco International Limited ('Camco' or the 'Company'), an originator and\nco-developer of Carbon Credits, today announces the admission of its ordinary\nshares to trading on AIM, a market of the London Stock Exchange plc.\n\nAs part of the AIM admission, Camco has raised £24.9m in a placing conducted by\nKBC Peel Hunt at 64p per share. At the placing price, Camco has a market\ncapitalisation of approximately £83m.\n\nCamco co-develops projects that reduce greenhouse gas emissions with a range of\nwell-capitalised enterprises, such as heavy manufacturers, coal mining groups\nand utilities. Camco manages a significant portfolio of Carbon Credits that have\narisen from these emission reduction projects.\n\nTristan Fischer, Camco's Chief Executive Officer, said: 'Coming to AIM is a\nsignificant milestone for Camco and we are very excited about the future.
