InvenTrust Properties Corp. Declares Fourth Quarter 2025 Cash Dividend
DOWNERS GROVE, III., December 15, 2025--InvenTrust Properties Corp. (NYSE: IVT) announced today that its Board of Directors declared a fourth quarter 2025 cash distribution of $0.2377 per share of common stock. When annualized, this is equal to a rate of $0.9508 per share. This distribution will be paid on or about January 15, 2026, to stockholders of record as of December 30, 2025.
