Adjournment of Court Meeting and General Meeting
International Personal Finance Plc (IPF) announced the adjournment of its Court Meeting and General Meeting, originally scheduled for February 11, 2026, to March 11, 2026. This decision follows feedback from shareholders and aims to allow for the publication of IPF's full-year results on February 25, 2026, before the meetings are held. The Acquisition is to be effected by means of a Court-sanctioned Scheme of Arrangement under Part 26 of the Companies Act 2006 (the \"Scheme\").\nThe circular in relation to the Scheme (the \"Scheme Document\") was published on 15 January 2026.
