[{"type":"text","content":"International Metals To Expand Its Exploration Assets In \"Lithium Valley\" Brazil\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Vancouver, British Columbia (July 12,\n2023) – International Metals Mining Corp.\n \n \n (the\n“\n \n \n Company or International\nMetals\n \n \n ”)\n \n \n (TSXV:IMM | OTCQB: CYNXF | FSE: C2YD\n \n \n is\npleased to announce that it has entered into a mining claims purchase\nagreement (the\n \n \n “\n \n \n Purchase Agreement\n \n \n ”\n \n \n ) with Tristar Energy Corp.\n(“\n \n \n Tristar\n \n \n ”) pursuant to which, and subject to the terms and\nconditions contained therein, it would acquire a 60% right, title, and\ninterest in Tristar’s\n \n \n Minas Gerais mining\npermits located in the state of Minas Gerais (the “\n \n \n Property\n \n \n ”), Brazil,\nknown as Brazil’s Lithium Valley\n \n \n (the\n“\n \n \n Acquisition\n \n \n ”).\n \n \n \n \n Under the terms of the Purchase Agreement, the Company\nwill earn its undivided 60% right and interest in the Property upon\nissuing 20,000,000 common shares in the capital of the Company\n(“\n \n \n Shares\n \n \n ”) to Tristar and paying the sum of five hundred and fifty\nthousand dollars ($550,000) as follows:‎\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n (a)\n \n \n ‎$150,000 in cash within\nninety (90) days from the execution of the Purchase Agreement;‎\nand\n \n \n \n \n \n \n (b)\n \n \n ‎$400,000 in cash within\ntwelve (12) months from the execution of the Purchase\nAgreement.‎\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n The Property comprises 26 mineral claims totaling\n39,596.63 hectares\n \n \n of surface area.\n \n \n It is\n \n \n strategically located\napproximately 11 kilometers east from both Sigma Lithium\nCorporation’s (“\n \n \n Sigma\n \n \n ”) Groto do Cirilo Project, and Lithium\nIconic Inc.’s Itinga Project, and 13 kilometers east of Atlas\nLithium Corp.’s (“\n \n \n Atlas\nLithium\n \n \n ”) Neves Project, in the State on Minas\nGerais, Brazil\n \n \n .
