The\nProperty comprises 12 claims totaling 21,136.73 hectares\n \n \n of surface area.\n \n \n \n \n The Property is strategically located approximately 25\nkilometers east from Sigma Lithium Corporation’s (“\n \n \n Sigma Lithium\n \n \n ”)\nGroto do Cirilo Project and Lithium Iconic Inc.’s (“\n \n \n Lithium Iconic\n \n \n ”))\nItinga Project, and within proximity to Atlas Lithium Corp., in\nsoutheastern Brazil\n \n \n . Sigma’s properties are\nlocated in the municipalities of Araçuaí and Itinga, in Brazil’s\nmining-friendly Minas Gerais, approximately 450 kilometres northeast\nof the state capital of Belo Horizonte.
