(operating as Cboe Canada) (“\n \n \n CBOE\n \n \n ”), a tier one\nsenior Canadian stock exchange (“\n \n \n Listing\n \n \n ”).\n \n \n \n \n Listing on CBOE is subject to the Company fulfilling\nlisting requirements. In connection with the anticipated migration to\nCBOE, the Company will, upon receipt of all required approvals,\narrange for the delisting of its Common Shares from the TSX Venture\nExchange (“\n \n \n TSXV\n \n \n ”).
