He runs\nhis own merchant banking company and currently sits on the boards of\ndirectors of several private and public companies, most notably\nCanadian Palladium Resources Inc. Over his career, Mr. Tisdale has\nraised considerable funds in the public company sector and has been\ninstrumental in founding, growing and selling a range of highly\nsuccessful companies. Some highlights are Rainy River Resources Ltd.\n(acquired by New Gold Inc.) and US Cobalt Inc.
