(TSXV: ILC) (OTCQB: ILHMF) (FSE: IAH) (the \"Company\" or \"ILC\") announces that pursuant to the Company's stock option plan and the policies of the TSX Venture Exchange, it has granted 5,091,000 stock options (the \"Options\") to directors, officers, and consultants of the Company. The Options are exercisable at $0.075 per common share until February 9, 2028. The Options vested on the date of grant. This brings the number of outstanding options to 17,196,000, representing a total of 6.92% of the Company's outstanding shares. About International Lithium Corp.International Lithium Corp. believes that the world faces a significant turning point in the energy market's dependence on oil and gas and in the governmental and public view of climate change. In addition, we have seen the clear and increasingly urgent wish by the USA and Canada to safeguard their supplies of critical battery metals and to become more self-sufficient.
