(MFM - TSX Venture, MFMLF - OTCBB_Pink_Sheets), is pleased to announce a private placement of 1,125,000 units. The units will be sold at $0.40 per unit for gross proceeds of $450,000. Each unit consists of one common share and one-half of one warrant. One full warrant will entitle the holder to acquire an additional common share at a price of $0.65 for a period of one year.\n\nProceeds from the placement will be used for general working capital.
