Prior to his appointment as Chief Financial Officer, Mr. Rutledge has served as interim Chief Financial Officer of the Company since\n \n March 6, 2025\n \n .\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n Mr. Rutledge, CPA, is a seasoned financial executive with extensive experience as chief financial officer of multiple publicly traded companies across various industries.
