[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 8257X Intermediate Capital Group PLC 21 August 2009 \n \nIntermediate Capital Group PLC \nSCRIP DIVIDEND SCHEME\nIntermediate Capital Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that, pursuant to the Scrip Dividend Alternative that had been approved at the Annual General Meeting on 15 July 2009, it has allotted 1,519,451 Ordinary Shares in the Company. Shareholders representing 17.3% of the issued share capital elected to take scrip instead of cash.\nThe above shares rank pari passu in all respects with the existing issued ordinary shares in the Company. Application has been made to the UK Listing Authority and to the London Stock Exchange for these shares to be admitted to the Official List and to trading on the London Stock Exchange's Main Market for listed securities and it is expected that dealings will commence on 24 August 2009. \nIn addition, the Company wishes to notify the market (as per DTR 5.6.1R) that, as a result of the above increase in the Company's issued share capital, the total number of voting rights in the Company is 390,054,212.
