To approve the increase in the Company's authorised share capital from £24,000,000 to £80,000,000 by the creation of 330,000,000 new ordinary shares of 20 pence each\n\n\n50,786,385\n\n\n273,893\n\n\n128,047\n\n\n\n\n2. To authorise the Board to allot shares up to an aggregate nominal amount of £61,825,169 in connection with the Rights Issue\n\n\n50,786,329\n\n\n273,949\n\n\n128,047\n\n\n\n\n3. To empower the Board to allot shares for cash up to an aggregate nominal amount of £61,825,169 in connection with the Rights Issue as if section 89(1) of the Act did not apply to any such allotment\n\n\n50,762,265\n\n\n297,009\n\n\n129,051\n\n\n\n\n\nResolutions 1 and 2 were ordinary resolutions and Resolution 3 was a special resolution.
