Statement re Director/PDMR Shareholding
GRANT OF OPTIONS UNDER 2014 SAVE AS YOU EARN SCHEME
In accordance with Disclosure and Transparency Rule 3.1.4, Intermediate Capital Group PLC (the "Company") wishes to announce that, pursuant to the rules of the Company's 2014 Save as You Earn Scheme (the "Scheme"), the following grants of options have been made to directors of the Company:
- Philip Keller has been granted 2,513 options to acquire ordinary shares in the Company; and
- Christophe Evain has been granted 5,027 options to acquire ordinary shares in the Company.
The options can be exercised, under the rules of the Scheme, at a price of £3.58 per ordinary share from 01 February 2018.
