[{"type":"text","content":"\n RNS Number : 9771T Intermediate Capital Group PLC 16 June 2009 \nIntermediate Capital Group PLC - Annual Report & Accounts for the financial year ended 31 March 2009 available\n\nIntermediate Capital Group PLC (the 'Company') announces that the Company's Annual Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31st March 2009 is now available on the Company's website at www.icgplc.com\nThe final dividend payable by the Company for the year ended 31 March 2009 will, subject to approval by shareholders at the Company's annual general meeting to be held on 15 July 2009, be paid on 21 August 2009 to those shareholders on the register of the Company on 17 July 2009.\n\nThis is a change to the previously announced dividend payment date of 14 August 2009, resulting from the Company's proposal to introduce a scrip dividend scheme to provide shareholders with greater flexibility and allow them to elect to receive future dividends in shares as opposed to cash (the 'Scrip Dividend Scheme').
