The new datasets inform topography, elevation, precise imagery, geodesy, GeoNames, boundaries, and human geography. High quality foundation data facilitates safety of navigation, improved disaster planning, resource management, insurance modeling, security interests, land registry, and infrastructure planning. Intermap utilizes proprietary sensors and airborne platforms to collect its foundation data. Intermap will commence data collection in February 2018. \n\nTo support further expansion in its key geoint markets, Intermap is pleased to welcome Kyle LaMarche and Richard Šálek to the Company's sales leadership team.\n\nAs a former Naval Officer, Kyle LaMarche brings to Intermap more than twenty years of business development and leadership experience, serving the advanced remote sensing market.
