Intermap Announces Resignation of Board Member

DENVER, Aug. 19, 2013 /CNW/ - (TSX: IMP) - Intermap Technologies Corporation ("Intermap" or the "Company"), announces that Benjamin A. Burditt has resigned as a director of the Company effective August 16, 2013 for personal reasons.

The Board of Directors of Intermap wishes to thank Mr. Burditt for his contributions on behalf of the Company. The Company's Nominating and Governance Committee intends to undertake a process in the near future to evaluate Board composition.
