He sold 68,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29 pence per Ordinary Share from an account in his own name and bought 68,000 Ordinary Shares at a price of 29.02 pence per Ordinary Share to be held in his ISA;\n \n- on 28 June 2018, Jayne Murphy, a person closely associated (\"PCA\") with Richard Parris, Non-Executive Director of the Company, transferred, via sale and purchase, 68,000 Ordinary Shares.
