New Licence Agreement

Intercede Group PLC 30 August 2007 30 AUGUST 2007 Intercede Group plc ('Intercede' or 'Company') New Licence Agreement Worth £0.5million Intercede, one of the world's leading developers and suppliers of smart card and identity management software, is pleased to announce that it has entered into a new licence agreement with a major international electronics and systems group. Under the terms of the agreement, Intercede will be paid an up front fee of £0.5 million, which is expected to be received by 30 September 2007. Services performed pursuant to the licence will be invoiced separately. Further details of the agreement will be released in due course.
