[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n\n\n21 November 2023\nINTERCEDE GROUP plc\n('Intercede', the 'Company' or the 'Group')\n \nNew Contract and Renewal Orders\n \nIntercede, the leading specialist in digital identity, credential management and secure mobility, is pleased to announce that the Group has secured the following new contract and renewal orders:\n \n· New licence order for MyID CMS from a major world governance bank based in Europe;\n· Commencement of professional services for a new deployment with a significant US Federal Agency;\n· Upgrade by a large Transportation Agency in the US; and\n· Renewal of Support and Maintenance contracts across a host of smaller clients of the Group.\n \nThese orders, with an aggregate contract value in excess of $0.5m, underpin the Group's revenue for FY24 and creates contracted revenue backlog for FY25.\n \nKlaas van der Leest, CEO, commented:\n \n\"With the release of our H1 results today we are pleased to announce further new contract wins in Europe and the US.
