Following this award, Richard Parris and Andrew Walker have the following interests in the share capital of the Company:\n \n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nPrevious Shareholding\n\n\nRevised Shareholding\n\n\n% of Issued Share Capital\n\n\n\n\nRichard Parris*\n\n\n5,673,666\n\n\n5,681,012\n\n\n11.6%\n\n\n\n\nAndrew Walker\n\n\n1,511,327\n\n\n1,515,000\n\n\n3.1%\n\n\n\n\n \n* The interests of Richard Parris include those of Jayne Murphy, a connected person.\n \n \nSubsequent to the Free Share Award, application has been made for the 379,542 Ordinary Shares (the \"Free Share Award Shares\") to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"). The Free Share Award Shares will rank pari passu with the existing Ordinary Shares of the Company.\n \nFollowing Admission, the Company's enlarged issued share capital will comprise 49,114,547 Ordinary Shares.
