The management system is applicable to the development of commercial off-the-shelf (COTS) based software products for identity and credential management for globally based clients, including design, development, distribution, technical support and maintenance in accordance with the TickIT scheme.\nDuring the auditing process leading up to this award it was noted by LRQA assessors that there were no non-conformities of any kind in Intercede's management systems. This is an exceptional achievement and demonstrates the high level of professionalism of Intercede's employees and the robustness of its business processes.\nThe award reaffirms that the MyID product suite is built and maintained to high quality standards. Intercede's customers and partners can be assured that all planning, control and management processes are executed consistently and to high standards, and investors can be confident that Intercede's business processes are under control. Finally, Intercede staff benefit from formally documented guidance on working practices.
