Helen has worked in technology sales and sales management for over 25 years and spent almost 11 years at ARM during which time she contributed materially to the development of the company's significant growth.\nHelen will report directly to Richard Parris, Chairman and CEO of Intercede. Her mandate will be to manage the growing sales, marketing and business development activity at the Group across all principle product lines and services. Helen is specifically tasked with increasing the Group's engagement with its growing partner base. In addition, given her silicon industry background, Helen will also be responsible for leading the development and growth of its emerging Internet of Things business.\nCommenting on the appointment, Richard Parris, Chairman and CEO of Intercede, said;\n\"To have recruited someone with Helen's sales leadership skills to Intercede is a testament to the potential we all see in our business.
