(NASDAQ GS: IPAR) today announced that Russell Greenberg, Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer, will retire on September 6, 2022, and will be succeeded by Michel Atwood, a seasoned fragrance and finance executive, as Chief Financial Officer. Mr. Greenberg will stay with the company full time until September 30, 2022 to assist with the transition.\n\nJean Madar, Chairman and Chief Executive Officer, commented, “Russ has played an integral role in the growth and evolution of our company for 30 years.
