Shareholders are strongly encouraged to submit their proxy votes online at https://www.signalshares.com/ or via CREST where applicable. Proxy votes must be received by 1.00 pm (BST) / 3.00 pm local time (EEST) on Tuesday, 16 July 2024.\nThe Board of Directors of the Company (the \"Board\") remains keen to encourage engagement with shareholders. To that end, the Board would like to invite questions from shareholders in advance of and during the EGM. Should shareholders wish to submit questions to the Board prior to the deadline for proxy voting they can do so, and these will be responded to on an individual basis.
