[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n24 April 2025\n \nIntegrated Diagnostics Holdings plc\n (the \"Company\")\n \nAnnual Financial Report & Notice of Annual General Meeting\nFollowing the announcement on 17 April 2025 of its full year results for the year ended 31 December 2024 (RNS number: 3644F), the Company announces that it has published the 2024 Annual Report and Accounts (\"2024 Annual Report\") on the Company's website: \n \nhttps://investors.idhcorp.com/en/reports-and-presentations\n \nThe Company has also today posted the following documents to shareholders:\n \n· 2024 Annual Report;\n· Notice of 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM); and\n· Letter of Availability.\n \nThe Company's AGM is scheduled to be held at 3:00 p.m. BST on Tuesday, 27 May 2025 at 2 More London Riverside, London, SE1 2JT.\n \nIf you are unable to attend the AGM but would like to vote on the resolutions, the Company kindly requests shareholders to submit a proxy vote online at www.signalshares.com or in accordance with the instructions set out in note 2 of the Explanatory Notes to the Notice of AGM which can be found on the Company's website https://www.idhcorp.com/. Shareholders wishing to access the dial-in facility or submit questions are asked to email [email protected] by close of business on Wednesday, 21 May 2025.\n \nIn accordance with UK Listing Rules 22.2.6 and 22.2.7 and the UK Disclosure Guidance and Transparency Rules (\"DTRs\") 6.2.10R and 6.3.5R, the 2024 Annual Report has been submitted to the National Storage Mechanism (\"NSM\") in both structured electronic format and in unedited full text and the Notice of the 2025 AGM has been submitted to the NSM.
