Mr. Norgrove succeeds\n \n Scott Egan\n \n who will be leaving RSA at the end of 2021.\n \n \n \n Ken Norgrove\n \n was most recently CEO of RSA Scandinavia from 2019 until deal completion in\n \n June 2021\n \n . Prior to that Ken was CEO of RSA Ireland and led the very successful turnaround of that business from 2014 to 2019.\n \n \n Mr. Norgrove will report to\n \n Charles Brindamour\n \n , CEO Intact Financial Corporation and\n \n Mark Hodges\n \n , Chairman of the RSA UK & International Board.
