[{"type":"text","content":"\n\n\n31 July 2024\n \nInspiration Healthcare Group plc\n(\"Inspiration Healthcare\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \nPublication of Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2024\nNotice of Annual General Meeting\n \n \nInspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company pioneering specialist neonatal intensive care medical devices, announces that the Annual Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2024 and the notice of its Annual General Meeting (\"AGM\") have been published on the Company's website at www.inspirationhealthcaregroup.com and will be posted to shareholders later today.\n \nAGM and voting\nThe AGM of Inspiration Healthcare will be held at 11:00 am (UK time) on 17 September 2024 at Unit 7/8 Commerce Park, Commerce Way, Croydon, CR0 4YL.\n \nVoting by proxy\nShareholders will not receive a hard copy form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, shareholders will be able to appoint a proxy electronically using the link www.signalshares.com. Shareholders will need to log into their Signal Shares account or register if that shareholder has not previously done so. To register, shareholders will need their Investor Code, this is detailed on the share certificate or available from our Registrars, Link Group. Proxy votes must be received by no later than 11.00 am on 13 September 2024. Alternatively, shareholders may submit their proxy vote via CREST where applicable.\n \nRequest a hard copy form of proxy\nShareholders may request a hard copy form of proxy directly from the Registrars, Link Group on 0371 664 0300. Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate. Lines are open between 09:00 - 17:30, Monday to Friday excluding public holidays in England and Wales.
