[{"type":"text","content":"\n \n \n Inspiration Healthcare Group plc\n \n \n (\"Inspiration Healthcare\", the \"Company\" or the \"Group\")\n \n \n \n \n \n Publication of Report and Accounts for the financial year ended 31 January 2022 and Notice of 2022 Annual General Meeting\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Inspiration Healthcare Group plc (AIM: IHC), the global medical technology company, announces that the Company's Report and Accounts for the year ended 31 January 2022 and the notice of its Annual General Meeting 2022, have now been sent to shareholders and published on the Company's website at www.inspirationhealthcaregroup.plc.uk.\n \n \n \n \n \n Annual General Meeting and voting\n \n \n \n \n \n The Annual General Meeting of Inspiration Healthcare (the \"AGM\") will be held at 11:30am (UK time) on 30 June 2022 at CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang LLP, Cannon Place, 78 Cannon Street, London, EC4N 6AF.\n \n \n \n \n \n Voting by proxy\n \n \n Shareholders will not receive a hard copy form of proxy for the AGM in the post. Instead, shareholders will be able to appoint a proxy electronically using the link www.signalshares.com. Shareholders will need to log into their Signal Shares account or register if that shareholder has not previously done so. To register shareholders will need their Investor Code, this is detailed on the share certificate or available from our Registrars, Link Group. Proxy votes must be received by no later than 11.30am on 28 June 2022. Alternatively, shareholders may submit their proxy vote via CREST where applicable.\n \n \n \n \n \n Request a hard copy form of proxy\n \n \n Shareholders may request a hard copy form of proxy directly from the Registrars, Link Group on 0371 664 0300. Calls are charged at the standard geographic rate and charges will vary by provider. Calls outside the United Kingdom will be charged at the applicable international rate.
