(the Company) and its subsidiaries (together referred \nto as 'the Group'), which comprise of consolidated balance sheet as at March \n31, 2008, and also the consolidated statement of income, the consolidated \nstatement of changes in shareholders' equity and the consolidated statement of \ncash flows for the Period then ended, and a summary of significant accounting \npolicies and other explanatory notes. \n \n Management's Responsibility for the Financial Statements \n Management is responsible for the preparation and fair presentation of \nthese financial statements in accordance with International Financial \nReporting Standards.
