The list is determined through an anonymous independent survey by Statista of 150,000 full-time and part-time workers at multinational companies and institutions from 58 countries.\n\nThe survey asks respondents to rate their willingness to recommend their own employers to friends and family, and Forbes ranks the top 750 companies by the highest total scores. They also were asked to evaluate other brands in their respective industries that stood out either positively or negatively, rating the companies in areas like image, economic footprint, talent development, gender equality and social responsibility.\n\nInsight ranked No. 12 among IT companies worldwide, rising from No. 27 in 2020, and was the top non-OEM solution provider on the fifth annual list.
