It is expected that Admission of the Subscription Shares and New Ordinary Shares of 1p each (following shareholder approval of the Share Capital Reorganisation) will become effective, and that dealings will commence at 8.00 a.m. on 13 March 2018. \n \nThe Company's Enlarged Share Capital on Admission will comprise 33,561,638 Ordinary Shares of 1p each.
