[{"type":"text","content":"\n \nRNS Number : 3136J Ultimate Sports Group PLC 27 June 2017 \n\n \nUltimate Sports Group Plc ('USG' or 'the Company')\nIssue of Equity\n \nUltimate Sports Group Plc, the AIM listed investment vehicle, announces that it has agreed to issue 200,000 new ordinary shares of 10p each in the capital of the Company (\"New Ordinary Shares\") to Northland Capital Partners in lieu of services provided to USG. \n \nApplication has been made to the London Stock Exchange for the new ordinary shares to be admitted to trading on AIM (\"Admission\"), which is expected to occur on 3 July 2017. \n \nFollowing Admission, the Company will have 22,811,638 Ordinary Shares in issue.
