The audited Consolidated Financial Statements and Management’s Discussion and Analysis (\"\n \n MD&A\n \n \") for Q4 2025 and the years ending December 31, 2025 and 2024 are available on the REIT’s website at\n \n www.inovalisreit.com\n \n and at\n \n www.sedarplus.ca\n \n . All amounts except rental rates, square footage and per unit amounts are presented in thousands of Canadian dollars or Euros, or as otherwise stated.\n \n\n Stephane Amine, CEO and President of the REIT, commented “\n \n Amid a complex and evolving office market, we have remained focused on protecting Unitholder value through disciplined balance sheet management and the execution of our asset recycling strategy, including the sale of the Baldi, Sablière and Trio properties\n \n ”.\n \n\n\n Net Rental Income\n \n\n\n For the investment property portfolio that includes assets owned entirely by the REIT (\"\n \n IP Portfolio\n \n \"), Net Rental Income (“\n \n NRI\n \n ”) for Q4 2025 decreased to $3,416 (€2,164) compared to $4,732 (€3,193) for Q4 2024, mostly impacted by the reduced occupancy rate and a bad debt provision on the Gaia property due to an insolvent tenant ($569).\n \n\n For the year ended December 31, 2025, the IP Portfolio NRI was $10,553 (€6,686), c...
