(NASDAQ: INGN), a medical technology company offering innovative respiratory products for use in the homecare setting, today announced the appointment of Mike Sergesketter as Interim Chief Financial Officer, effective immediately. Mr. Sergesketter last served as Interim Chief Financial Officer of the company between December 2021 and March 2022, and previously served as CFO of Kimball Electronics, Inc. where he was instrumental in helping to develop and execute the company’s globalization strategy while also building a robust finance function to support the company’s growth. He succeeds Kristin Caltrider who has stepped down for personal reasons. Ms. Caltrider’s decision was not related to any disagreements with the Company or its management on any matters relating to the Company’s operations, policies, or practices.
