Specializing\nin business valuations, tax strategy, and accounting, including\ninternational tax structuring, Mr. Clark focuses on scaling\ngrowth-oriented companies. Mr. Clark will be granted 50,000 incentive\nstock options at $0.18, reflecting the close of market today, and\nexercisable over five years.\n \n\n\n\n Innovotech has also created an operating company,\nInnovotech Labs Corporation (“ILC” or “Innovotech Labs”), a\nwholly owned subsidiary.
