(TSXV: IOT, “Innovotech”, or the “Company”) announces\nits intention to obtain a stock quotation in the\nUnited States and a trading symbol on the OTC Markets (“OTCQB”),\nan over-the-counter venture market.  A quotation on the OTCQB will\nenhance the Company’s visibility to the investment community with\nthe goal of making the Company more accessible to retail and\ninstitutional investors in the United States and to increase the\nliquidity of the Company.\n\n\n \n\n\nThe OTCQB quotation operates in parallel with the\nCompany’s primary Canadian listing.  The OTCQB quotation is\nexpected to impose no additional material compliance or reporting\nrequirements. As a foreign private issuer, Innovotech will continue to\nmeet its existing primary market disclosure obligations on SEDAR+,\nwhich satisfy OTC market requirements under established foreign issuer\nexemptions.
