[{"type":"text","content":"Innovotech Announces Appointment of Dr. Tyler Boone as COO\n \n \n (TheNewswire)\n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n \n Edmonton, Alberta –\n \n \n TheNewswire -\n \n \n April 14, 2021\n \n – Innovotech Inc.\n(TSXV:IOT)  (“Innovotech” or “the Company”) is pleased to\nannounce the appointment of Dr. Tyler Boone as Chief Operating Officer\nof the Company to replace Dr. Amin Omar who, after many years of\nproductive and valued service to the Company has relocated to his\nhomeland, the Kingdom of Jordan, where he will remain a valued advisor\nto Innovotech.\n \n \n Dr. Boone has been with Innovotech since mid 2017 when he was hired as\na Microbiologist IV. He was appointed Laboratory Manager in December\n2017.  Dr. Boone obtained his undergraduate degree (BSc.
