(\"Quartile\") a leading industry expert in the Amazon marketplace. The Agreement includes an Amazon Sponsored Campaign Strategy, Management and Product Listing Creation and Optimization for the Company's Personal Sound Amplifier Products (\"PSAPs\"). The new Amazon eCommerce store launch gives the Company the ability to expand its reach and achieve maximum exposure to ultimately drive more traffic and boost revenue for its PSAPs portfolio. Hearing loss is a major public health issue that is the third most common physical condition after arthritis and heart disease. More than 60 percent of people with hearing loss are either in the work force or in educational settings. According to the World Health Organization (WHO) as of March 2018, there are 466 million people worldwide and approximately 40 million people in the US alone who suffer from disabling hearing loss (40db hearing loss or greater) and a total of 1 out of every 5 people in the world (1.2 billion) and 48 million in the U.S. that has a hearing loss greater than 25db who could benefit from some type of hearing assistance.
